Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Tomok add-in for Microsoft Excel (the “App,” published as Linear Schedule by Tomok) handles your information. The App is provided by Tomok (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies specifically to the Tomok Excel add-in and the Tomok service overall, not only to our website.

By installing and using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

The Tomok add-in imports Primavera P6 schedule exports and draws printable linear (time–distance) schedule charts directly inside your Excel workbook. The App runs locally within Excel using the Office JavaScript APIs and reads and writes data only within the workbook you have open.

The App is designed to operate without collecting your personal information. Specifically:

• No account or sign-in. The App does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide credentials.
• No transmission of your workbook data. Schedule data, file contents, and any information you paste, upload, or select are processed locally within Excel on your device. We do not transmit, collect, or store this data on our servers.
• No tracking or advertising. The App does not use advertising identifiers and does not sell your information.

To improve your experience, the App stores a small flag in your browser's local storage (for example, to remember that you have already seen the first-run welcome screen). This information stays on your device, is not personal information, and is not transmitted to us.

Because your schedule data is processed locally and is not collected by us, it is used solely to provide the App's functionality — cleaning your imported data and drawing your linear schedule within your own workbook. We do not use your workbook data for any other purpose.

If you contact us for support by email, we receive the information you include in your message (such as your email address and any details you provide). We use this only to respond to your request and provide support. See our Support page for contact details.

The App is distributed through Microsoft AppSource and runs within Microsoft Excel. Your use of Excel and AppSource is governed by Microsoft's own privacy practices. The App itself does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing services.

Because the App does not collect or store your workbook data on our systems, your schedule data remains under your control within your Excel environment. Any web assets the App loads are served over HTTPS.

The App is intended for professional use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the App does not collect or store your workbook data on our systems, there is no schedule data for us to retain or delete — it stays on your device. The on-device local storage flag remains until you clear your browser/Office cache or uninstall the App.

The only personal information we may hold is the content of support emails you send us. We keep these only as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence at any time by emailing qiman@gettomok.com, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
