Before you contact us
- Make sure you're running a supported version of Excel: Microsoft 365 (Windows, Mac, or the web) or Excel 2021 and later.
- Open the add-in from the Home tab → Tomok button.
- If a chart doesn't draw, confirm your data was imported into the Schedule Data sheet first.
Frequently asked questions
What does Tomok do?
Tomok turns Primavera P6 schedule exports into printable linear (time–distance) charts for heavy civil and infrastructure projects, directly inside Excel. You import your P6 data, and the add-in draws a print-ready chart frame on a dedicated worksheet.
How do I import my schedule?
Open the add-in, go to the Import step, and paste your data, upload a P6 export, or select a range already in your workbook. Tomok cleans it and writes a normalized Schedule Data worksheet.
Does Tomok send my data anywhere?
No. The add-in works entirely with the data in your Excel workbook on your device. It does not require a login and does not transmit your schedule data to a server. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Which Excel versions are supported?
Excel on Microsoft 365 (Windows, Mac, and the web) and Excel 2021 or later. The drawing features require the Excel JavaScript API 1.9 or later.
